It's so exciting to have discussed my artwork and inventions during media interviews! On Martha Stewart Living Radio on Sirius XM radio, during this morning's broadcast, I talked about Double Ds DogBalls Delicacies. These treats are hand-crafted artisan dog treats I bake for dogs and sell on etsy. These delicious treats include real liverwurst, not inferior liver powder! Bark for Double Ds! Fine Art Painting - Motor Lodge by the Seashore

After a trip to Ocean City, Md. and a vacation on the Atlantic shore, I became intrigued by the hotels a block or two away from the main drag. These motor lodge hotels, built in the 50s, 60s or 70s, have a unique low to the ground design with metal doors opening directly to the outside in a row, like cells minus the bars. The lodging experience is built around the parking lot and the pool which is placed in close proximity to the parking lot, typically with only a scant plant or two.

My painting began as a charcoal sketch. My intention was to use pastel oil crayons, but I "resorted" back to my old standby, acrylic paints.
