Something Spooky for Halloween and a Gray and Teal Scrapboard
It's great to keep a sketch pad handy. I like to make a few quick drawings or even use water colors or ink pens, magic markers and other media on the pages. Here I used magic markers and a graphite pencil and charcoal to make this eerie scene. It reminds me of Norman Bates house in the movie Psycho. Notice the black cat up in the tree in the right side of the sky.
Here are pictures of the latest scrapboard I have been working on. The color scheme is teal, gray and black. I used a black canvas and adhered cloth to the front using Modge Podge. Then I placed a ball or "rose" of fabric in the middle of the symmetrical design. I'm happy with the way it turned out.
